Raw Star Impresses WWE Management With Streak Of Great Matches

It’s being reported that WWE management was impressed with a well-received match from last night’s episode of Raw.

The opening match of the show saw Drew McIntyre pick up a win over Sheamus in a bout that many fans had praise for, and it sounds like those fans weren’t the only ones.

As per Fightful Select, WWE higher-ups were pleased with the match and made a specific point of noting that Sheamus is on a streak of great matches right now.

A “large portion” of the match is said to have been called in the ring, which just goes to show the chemistry McIntyre and Sheamus have thanks to their history.

At one point it seemed that Drew McIntytre would be defending the WWE Championship against Sheamus at WrestleMania but that obviously isn’t how it’s panned out.

Bobby Lashley won the title from The Miz last night on Raw and the best bet would now appear to be McIntyre challenging Lashley at WrestleMania.
