An update has been provided on some confusion as to whether certain WWE raw stars are babyfaces or heels given their recent presentation.
According to PWInsider, both Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss are considered babyfaces by WWE internally.
There is obviously debate to be had about babyfaces and heels, and it’s not one I’m going to get into right now because I’d be writing for hours if I did – but WWE does indeed have both of those names down as babyfaces.
It does makes sense given the fact Wyatt’s newest target is heel WWE Champion Randy Orton on Raw. Attacking RETRIBUTION a couple of weeks ago did seem to solidify their babyface status and that’s how I had it down on our babyface turn and roster trackers in the stats section here on the site.
The whole Fiend alter-ego for Wyatt can make it difficult to distinguish, but if he’s chasing Orton who’s a 100% heel then it definitely makes sense.
Bliss never turned after the tag team with Nikki Cross because Wyatt was more of a babyface than Braun Strowman in their program a few months ago which is when Bliss & Wyatt first united. It started when Strowman put Bliss in harm’s way to try and lure The Fiend into fighting him.
