News broke yesterday Lars Sullivan had been fined $100,000 by WWE for making racist, homophobic and sexist comments in 2013 on a bodybuilding forum. This would make his fine the joint-second largest in the company’s history. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that the company requested Lars undergoes sensitivity training.
It was reported last week that Sullivan had personally apologised to New Day with regards to his comments, and fellow WWE superstar Titus O’Neil has taken to Twitter to confirm that Lars personally apologised to him and other members of the locker room.
