Raw Team Reportedly Set For Major Push

One of the most entertaining parts of Raw of late has been the impromptu team of Randy Orton and Riddle. Now, fans don’t need to worry as this team is not being looked at as a short-term act.

A new report from PWInsider has stated that Orton and Riddle are in line for a sizeable push as a team. The report also states that new merchandise will be released for the team shortly.

Riddle and Randy Orton picked up their first win as a tag team on the April 26 episode of Raw. On the show, the duo managed to defeat former Raw Tag Team Champions Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander.

They also followed up that performance with another win this past Monday. This time, they were able to defeat Elias and Jaxson Ryker.

To date, Riddle has not been a tag team champion on the main roster, while Orton hasn’t held tag gold since his run with the Wyatt Family in late 2016. Prior to that, Orton has only one other reign as tag champion, that being as part of Rated RKO with Edge.
