Harry Smith, the son of the legendary Davey Boy Smith, was backstage at both Raw and SmackDown for this past week’s WWE Draft, but wasn’t drafted to either brand.
The last time we saw Smith, he was having a dark match at the July 16 taping of SmackDown, when he teamed with Austin Theory for a tag match against Xyon Quinn and Odyssey Jones.
After the match, Smith announced he had signed a contract with WWE, but as mentioned previously, he hasn’t been seen since.
Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer explained Smith recently recovered after contracting COVID-19, which would at least provide an explanation for some of his absence.
Smith himself tweeted earlier this week that he will be back wrestling very soon, but didn’t confirm whether he would be doing so on Raw, SmackDown or NXT 2.0.
Keep getting more and more Jakked each day. Steady diet of Persian food and Puppy Power. The Tosa Inu will be back in action very soon…..Activity is expected. ️♀️ ♀️ pic.twitter.com/M37y37twcX

WWE loves a good second generation star, so hopefully Smith can prove himself once again in his second spell with the promotion.
