A new report has revealed the real reason why Alexa Bliss will be off WWE TV for several months following Extreme Rules.
As per PWInsider, Bliss is set to undergo sinus surgery. The report did not confirm how long Bliss will be out of action for.
At Extreme Rules, Bliss unsuccessfully challenged for Charlotte Flair’s Raw Women’s Championship, before Flair destroyed the supernatural star’s Lilly doll.
After the pay-per-view, WrestlingInc reported that Bliss will be off TV for ‘a few months‘. While some fans speculated that Bliss may return as ‘The Goddess’, Bliss has since posted a cryptic tweet, seemingly teasing a return of Lilly in some capacity.
Earlier today, Sheamus posted a photo on social media confirming he has underwent a second nose surgery.
