A released WWE star has commented ahead of their final match with the company that is set to air next week.
WWE held it’s latest round of talent cuts on Friday, with 17 wrestlers being let go from the company across both the main roster and NXT.
Among those names were former NXT Tag Team Champions Gallus, with Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang all being let go from the company.
Gallus had recently been competing as part of the WWE Evolve show on Tubi, and their final match as part of WWE is set to air on next week’s episode of the show.
Gallus’ Mark and Joe Coffey will team up against Keanu Carver and Harlem Lewis, and Joe Coffey has commented ahead of his final WWE match.
Taking to Twitter, he said:
ONE MORE TIME. GALLUS. PROFESSIONAL. Wrestlers. Yer welcome.
Imagine that. Haunting the place. #WWEEvolve GBOT.
Javier Bernal, who was also among the releases on Friday, is also set for his final match on next week’s Evolve show, when he faces It’s Gal.
