It looks like former WWE star Chelsea Green, who was among the names released yesterday, already has the attention of IMPACT Wrestling.
Green, who only wrestled once in WWE between May 2020 and her release, that match being in November, spent a couple of years with IMPACT before joining NXT in 2018.
IMPACT Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore seems keen to have her back, as you can see by the following Twitter exchange:

Green’s fiancé Matt Cardona (formerly Zack Ryder) currently wrestles for IMPACT so it definitely seems feasible she could join him there.
Having said that, given her talent and popularity, there’s no doubt there are many other promotions out there who would love to add her to their rosters.
She does have a 90-day non-compete clause like the rest of yesterday’s releases.
Green was called up to the main roster from NXT in the summer of 2020, but it took until November for her to debut on SmackDown.
During that debut match, which was a four-way she was supposed to win to earn a spot on the Survivor Series pay-per-view, she broke her wrist and didn’t wrestle for WWE again after that despite signing a multi-year contract in November.
