A recently released WWE star who was let go by the company this month has confirmed that they intend to continue wrestling going forward.
Last weekend, 17 WWE departures were confirmed, with 11 of them coming from NXT.
One of the NXT stars released was Jakara Jackson, who had been with WWE since the SummerSlam 2021 tryouts.
She was most notably a member of Meta-Four along with Lash Legend, Noam Dar and the also released Oro Mensah.
Jackson and Legend had a few outings on the main roster last year, including a four-way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
In a YouTube video addressing her release, Jackson, now using the name Jamara Sadè, commented on her plans to continue wrestling.
She said:
“Yes, I definitely want to continue wrestling. I also want to dabble in acting, the sky’s the limit at this point.
“I want to do a lot of things, but wrestling, I’m definitely going to continue.
“You will be seeing me (again) so keep your eyes peeled and stay tuned because the transformation is going to be something serious.”
The NXT talents released will become free agents at the start of June, while the main roster stars released will be free agents at the start of August.
