
A released WWE star has revealed their new ring name ahead of their imminent return to the independent wrestling scene.
Back in January, former NXT star Duke Hudson was released from his WWE contract, with the news being made public a month later.
Since then the Australian star has shared several creative videos to social media, commenting on his WWE release while also building anticipation towards his career going forward.
With his return to in-ring action officially set for Pandemonium Pro Wrestling’s The House Always Wins event in Las Vegas on April 17, the former NXT Tag Team Champion was listed under the new name of ‘Duke’.
However, just over two weeks until the event, the former Chase U member has now revealed that his new name will actually be ‘Duke Hanson’.
Taking to Twitter, Duke posted a picture of himself in wrestling gear, along with the caption:
