A released WWE star has revealed their new ring name ahead of entering the free agent market.
Earlier this month 17 WWE stars were confirmed to have departed the company, with 11 of those coming from the NXT brand.
One of the NXT names let go by WWE was Jakara Jackson, who was released from her contract along with fellow former Meta-Four stablemate Oro Mensah.
Earlier this week Jackson confirmed that she had no intention of retiring from pro wrestling following her WWE release, and now the 30 year old has revealed the new name she’s seemingly set to use as an independent star.
As can be seen down below, Jackson has changed the name on her Twitter from Jakara Jackson to Mara Sadè.
The former WWE star is also seeking the help of her followers to help design a new banner featuring her new name – replacing her existing one that still features the Jakara Jackson name.
She wrote:
Hey gang! Can yall make me a badass profile banner?
Best one gets a follow
Must say: Mara Sadè
Thank youuuu
Sadè has also changed her Twitter handle from @JakaraWWE to @itsmarasade since the screenshot below was captured.
We will provide further updates on Sadè’s future post-WWE as more information becomes available.
