Tate, who recently returned to mixed martial arts competition with the UFC, is a former UFC women’s bantamweight (135-pound) champion. She currently has an overall record of 19-7 after winning her return bout by technical knockout.

Tate had previously been a podcast guest on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette to discuss her return among other topics.
