Report: Becky Lynch Return To Take Shape On SmackDown?

If you haven’t seen already, it seems as though plans are in place for Becky Lynch to make her WWE return this weekend at WrestleMania 37, but a new report suggests we may see her return set up tonight on SmackDown.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there was a plan in place for this weekend for Bayley to do a Ding Dong, Hello! segment at WrestleMania, and that Becky Lynch would announce her return by driving “a big truck” in.

Subtle.

For what it’s worth, WrestleTalk sources have indicated that a Becky Lynch return on a Ding Dong, Hello! show this weekend was planned at one stage

Dave Meltzer noted that the reason Bayley hasn’t been booked in a match could be so she can host her talk show segment at WrestleMania to facilitate Becky’s return.

Bayley hasn’t wrestled since February, and has spoken to Alex McCarthy about pitching several ideas for herself at WrestleMania without success.

It could be therefore that Bayley’s segment is announced tonight on SmackDown, so they could hypothetically tease a “special guest”, which would then be revealed as Becky Lynch this weekend.
