There have reportedly been some big developments in regards to the launch of yet another NXT TV show which could be coming our way soon.
Wrestling Inc reports that Paul Levesque (Triple H) has assembled a team to oversee the new show, with that team led by Gabe Sapolsky.
The idea of the show is essentially to be a second tier to NXT, pretty much like EVOLVE was before WWE bought it. Sapolsky was obviously the owner of EVOLVE.
The exact phrase used from a source to Wrestling Inc was “NXT for NXT”. It was said that Levesque is a big believer in Sapolsky and is giving him the ball with this project.
Original plans were for the show to launch in early 2021, but it’s expected that it could be delayed. The NXT India tournnament is set to start in January as per the latest news on that.
