It was previously reported that Jeff Hardy had been arrested for public intoxication this past Saturday, and now TMZ has added some more details surrounding the event.
The report states that according to police documents, cops found Hardy passed out in a public stairwell, saying he “reeked of booze”.
It is added that Hardy admitted to drinking vodka prior to passing out.
The case is now considered closed though, as Hardy paid the $153 ticket for public intoxication.
Jeff is currently out of action after undergoing knee surgery earlier this year, and is expected back in late 2019/early 2020.
