Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer is reporting that some people within WWE, both in NXT and on the main roster, do not want to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Dave Meltzer did say that while the majority of the WWE roster has decided to get the vaccine, some have decided not to, having the following to say on the matter:
“Most people are, but there are people, both in NXT and the main roster, who have not been vaccinated. The company wants them to, but some of them don’t want to and that’s that, so it is not everyone… They’re the minority, but there are people who aren’t vaccinated in NXT, but most of them are.”
Jerry “The King” Lawler caused a bit of a stir on Twitter last month after seemingly suggesting that WWE had told all talent/personnel that they had to be vaccinated by Hell in a Cell, something that he has since retracted and clarified.
