PWInsider is reporting that Renee Young has been taken off WWE Raw commentary with immediate effect so that she can prepare for her new role on WWE’s new studio show “WWE Backstage”.
It was announced earlier today that Young will join WWE Hall of Famer Booker T in hosting the show, which will likely be a similar format to Talking Smack, a show Young has hosted in the past.
WWE has just announced that Young will be moved to SmackDown commentary alongside Michael Cole and Corey Graves. Raw will now be hosted by Vic Joseph, Dio Maddin and…Jerry Lawler.
