# Report: Top WWE Star Set For Presentation Change

A top WWE star is set for a presentation change upon returning to TV from injury, according to a new backstage report.

With Charlotte Flair’s injury absence recently surpassing a year, expectation for her return is reaching a fever pitch, with several reports regarding The Queen’s status and plans making the rounds in recent weeks.

The latest update on Flair comes via [WrestleVotes Radio on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon](https://www.patreon.com/BackstagePassSK), who is reporting that the 14-time world champion will receive a presentation change of sorts when she returns to TV.

Describing the change as a “darker” version of her “Queen” character, WrestleVotes said:

*“Not gimmick, per se. I think her, or I can’t say, I think I know her presentation will be different. It’ll be more towards the Queen type of gimmick, kind of like a, you know what? I’m not even going to go there because the internet’s going to take it for go wild, just maybe like a dark queen, okay, maybe like a little Seth Rollins-esque flare in her attire, she’ll just be turned up a little volume wise.”*

Several weeks ago it was [reported that Flair’s return to WWE was “imminent”](https://wrestletalk.com/news/top-wwe-star-return-year-away-imminent-charlotte-flair/), with the second-generation star later being [spotted at WWE HQ](https://wrestletalk.com/news/wwe-star-out-injury-spotted-charlotte-flair/) in Stamford, CT in preparation.
