A major update has emerged on Triple H’s role with NXT and the WWE Performance Center.
Triple H hasn’t worked on NXT since suffering a cardiac event in September 2021.
The Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development returned to office full-time in May, reportedly with ‘categorically different’ duties.
Per John Pollock of POST Wrestling, Triple H spoke at the WWE Performance Center today, and told people that ‘he’s back’.
It is currently unclear what roles Triple H has returned to, whether he’ll be playing a bigger role at the actual Performance Center, or getting involved with NXT creative.
Pollock tweeted:
According to multiple sources, Paul Levesque was in Orlando today and spoke at the Performance Center.
Of the people I heard from, Levesque stated “he’s back” – it is unknown what that entails but that was the wording I was given.
Triple H officially retired from wrestling earlier this year, leaving his boots in the ring during WrestleMania 38 Sunday.
We will continue to provide updates on Triple H as they become available.
