During last night’s episode of Raw, fans finally got what they have been asking for for a very long time. It appears that Seth Rollins is finally turning heel once again.
Rollins cut a promo blaming all the other members of the Raw roster for everything, and when CM Punk chants started (the show was in Chicago), Rollins fired back.
“I tried to get CM Punk here, I’m sorry, he didn’t want to show up. He wants to sit behind a desk in Los Angeles and talk about a change that he’s too afraid to make himself.”

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Vince McMahon was not at all happy with Rollins mentioning Punk in what appears to have been an unscripted aside in his promo.
Given how much Punk’s return has been pushed by FOX, it’s surprising to hear that Vince would be unhappy to have his name mentioned on Raw, but this is Vince McMahon so perhaps not.
Presumably it’s because Punk is returning on Friday night to challenge the entire SmackDown roster to a gauntlet match, and Vince didn’t want anyone to find out…probably.
