As per a new report, WWE is interested in bringing back a wrestler that was released by the company earlier this year on April 15.
Fightful Select was told by talents inside and outside the company that WWE has interest in bringing back No Way Jose.
This follows a WWE trademark filing for “The Way” which was made earlier this month. The report notes that many people in NXT believe that trademark is intended to be for Jose.
Since being released, Jose has been working independent shows as Levy Valnez. His real name is Levis Valenzuela.
The report also notes that Jose was well-liked in the NXT and Raw locker rooms. It’s been documented that former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre is one of his good friends.
