Rhea Ripley has celebrated a “special” anniversary.

There might not be another WWE star riding more momentum than Rhea Ripley right now. “The Nightmare” is the current WWE Women’s World Champion, a member of the red hot Judgment Day and is appearing on multiple shows weekly.

Many fans credit her heel turn and joining The Judgment Day as the catalyst for her surge, but others believe the pairing with Dominik Mysterio has been the key to the next level she has achieved.

In any great relationship, sometimes the fondest memories are on the way to making things official, which seems to be the case for “Mami.”

On August 1, Rhea Ripley took to Twitter to celebrate a special anniversary of the time she applied a head-scissors to “Dirty” Dom’s neck for the first time. Posting a gif of the moment, she wrote:

This moment sparked many fans pairing the two before Dominik Mysterio turned heel by betraying his father Rey Mysterio and joined the Judgment Day at the behest of Rhea Ripley.

“Dirty” Dom and his “Mami” has become one of WWE’s hottest acts with Ripley getting louder cheers, while Mysterio gets deafening boos wherever The Judgment Day goes around the world.

The stable will be represented at WWE SummerSlam this Saturday, August 5 when Finn Balor challenges Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship.
