Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has shared an emotional reaction to Damian Priest’s move to the SmackDown brand.
For the first time in his career, former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest will call the SmackDown brand his home, with him officially moving over as part of the ongoing transfer window last night.
Also for the first time in their career, Priest and Rhea Ripley will be a part of different brands, with Rhea remaining on the Raw roster as the current Women’s World Champion.
Taking to Twitter to react to Priest’s move, Rhea shared an emotion response to being separated from Priest.
She wrote:
From being strangers, to you becoming my best friend. Always being on the same brands from day one. Being inseparable travel and gym buddies.
You have always been one my my biggest supporters I don’t want to let you go… But I cannot wait to see the punishing you get up to.

Rhea was also present on last night’s SmackDown show, teaming with Bianca Belair and Naomi against Liv Morgan, Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.
From being strangers, to you becoming my best friend.
