Rhea Ripley Talks Desire To Go Back Home & Start A Family

During a recent appearance on the Chasing Glory podcast, NXT star Rhea Ripley spoke about a variety of topics, including losing her confidence after WrestleMania 36, her experiences with self-harm and body dysmorphia and more.

Another interesting tidbit from the interview came when Lillian Garcia asked Ripley about what “glory” means to her. Rhea explained that to her glory is being able to go home and start a family when the time comes:

“Oh man, that’s a really tough question. I guess glory just means, like, knowing that I did my best and I got as far as I could. I say it all of the time – I don’t have many goals in this business ’cause I just want to see how far I can get. I feel like once my career is all done and dusted, and I’ve done everything I could have possibly done, then that’s my glory. Then I can live, and have a normal life, and go have kids. I love wrestling, but when that day comes, I’m going back home and I’m starting a family.”

During the interview, the former NXT Women’s Champion also opened up about feeling as if she’d be called up to the main roster during the latest WWE Draft, something that unfortunately didn’t happen. You can read more about that by clicking here.

Rhea Ripley isn’t the only WWE star to speak of her desire to have children, as a former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion has said that she’ll probably leave WWE to start a family when her current deal expires.
