Ric Flair Not Happy About WWE Star Appearing On Raw WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is not happy to see one name return to our screens on Raw.

The Nature Boy was watching the November 7 edition of Raw when he described JBL’s presence as a ‘joke.’

Ric Flair referred to John Bradshaw Layfield’s history of controversy in the locker room, saying in a Tweet:

I Guess The Anti Bullying Program You So Heavily Endorsed Does Not Apply To Bradshaw!! Jason Roberts And Joey Styles!! What A Joke! And He’s In The HOF! Sad!

JBL is of course a fellow Hall of Famer and has featured in huge storylines and spots, including as the Acolytes, and later the Acolyte Protection Agency, with Faarooq during the Attitude era, and featured in a long-running feud with John Cena.

Flair’s bullying accusations seem to reference a previous incident where former WWE commentator Joey Styles ended up in an altercation with JBL.

JBL’s track record among his colleagues is enough for Flair to question JBL’s Hall of Famer status.

These comments come after Ric Flair said he would tune into the November 7 edition of Raw to check the opening bumper.

During Crown Jewel on November 5, the ‘Then, Now, Forever’ prelude was missing Flair in the opening.

The Nature Boy was pleased to report that he was back in the opening when he tuned in on Monday Night Raw.

JBL returned to WWE during the October 17 edition of Raw as the manager for fellow heel, Baron Corbin.

JBL has not wrestled in WWE since 2011 and has made sporadic appearances on commentary since leaving in-ring action.

Ric Flair’s happiness at being back in the opening was cut short as JBL introduced Baron Corbin ahead of his match-up against Cedric Alexander and was on commentary for the match.
