
Ric Flair answered with a resounding “hell yeah” when asked if he feels as if he has one more match in him.
While Ric Flair made appearances alongside Sting in the lead-up to the latter’s retirement match in AEW, but at no point did he have a match.
Ric Flair told the Five Star Podcast that he was open to in-ring work in AEW but Tony Khan was not so supportive after finding out one important detail.
Flair said:
“Once Tony (Khan) found out I was on blood thinners, he wouldn’t let me get in the ring.”
When the host suggested that the 75 year old Flair still had ‘one more match’ in him, of course the Nature Boy didn’t disappoint in his passion for grandeur.
Flair responded:
“Hell yeah, I do.”
Ric Flair teamed with Andrade to take on Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett and emerged victorious from the match.
