Ric Flair has requested that WWE return two classic title belts, believing the company has decided to erase his legacy.
The WWE Hall of Famer was vocal about his legacy during his recent back-and-forth with Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch.
Flair has now shared a photo of himself with the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and ‘Winged Eagle’ WWF World Title on Twitter. Claiming that he has asked twice for WWE to return two belts, but his request hasn’t been honored, Flair tweeted:
“Speaking Of Legacies, @WWE Has Decided To Erase Mine. That’s All Good, However, These Two Belts Are My Legacy, And I’d Like Them Returned! I’ve Asked Twice, Apparently Falling On Deaf Ears! I’m Assuming That Next Week On @FlairUncensored I’ll Have To Explain In Detail! WOOOOO!”

Flair was released by WWE In August. In September, the ‘Plane Ride from Hell’ episode of Dark Side of the Ring saw allegations made against Flair resurface. Flair has since issued two statements denying the allegations made against him.
Following the episode, WWE removed Flair from the show intro, and other references to The Nature Boy were removed from WWE programming.
