Former WWE talent Ricardo Rodriguez, real name Jesus Rodriguez, has a new position in All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
As pointed out by PWInsider, Rodriguez was on the Spanish announce team for last night’s AEW Dynamite in Boston.
There is no word yet on the nature of the deal as to whether it’s permanent, a one-off, or otherwise, but we’ll keep you updated as any further news comes out.
Rodriguez tweeted: “Thank you, Boston! Till the next time” earlier today.
He spent four years with WWE, mostly remembered as Alberto Del Rio’s “personal ring announcer”, but was also used in other roles such as on the Spanish broadcast team and as an occasional wrestler.
