After he announced that he was moving on from his feud with Chris Jericho on AEW Dynamite, Ricky Starks had a new challenge.
Ricky Starks addressed the crowd at AEW Dynamite and issued an open challenge for AEW Revolution on pay-per-view after.
After Peter Avalon from the Wingmen attempted to answer the open challenge, he was obstructed by Chris Jericho who eventually got into the ring to continue his verbal sparring with Starks.
It was through that conversation that Starks got Jericho to not only agree to having a match at Revolution without the Jericho Appreciation Society as backup, it was signed and official on the spot!
The match will join an already stacked card for the upcoming pay-per-view, AEW Revolution on March 5, 2023.
Elsewhere on AEW Dynamite, a controversial ex-WWE star was referenced in Max Caster’s entrance ramp.
