Ricky Starks Earns High Praise From WWE Star

Ahead of his big title shot on tonight’s Winter is Coming edition of AEW Dynamite, Ricky Starks got praise from a top WWE star.

When Bayley was on Instagram Live earlier today alongside real life pal Mercedes Varnado (perhaps best known to WWE fans as her former moniker, Sasha Banks) there were some familiar faces in the chat!

While Danielle Moinet (aka Summer Rae) made numerous appearances with comments (and was responded to by the duo singing the beginning of her WWE theme song) there was also an AEW star in attendance.

Ricky Starks popped by the IG Live chat to say hello and was greeted with high praise from both stars!

Ahead of his match on tonight’s Winter is Coming against MJF for the AEW World Championship, Starks popped by to say hello to Bayley and Mercedes and was met with some great compliments.

Getting a shout from both ladies upon his first appearance in the chat, Bayley went on to lob some praise the ‘Absolute’ star’s way.

Bayley saying:

“Ricky Starks is with us. Ricky Starks is killing, Ricky Starks is killing it!”

In the same time period, Mercedes and Bayley were taking a shot with Tamina who was on FaceTime so they shared a Salud! with Ricky Starks as well.

Continued speculation on what moves Mercedes Varnado might make next continues as elsewhere in her chat with Bayley she discussed enjoying her recent in-ring training in Mexico.
