New WWE star Ricky Starks has commented ahead of his contract signing taking place on the February 18 episode of NXT.
Starks made his debut on February 11, appearing in the NXT crowd and cutting a promo announcing his arrival.
However, one thing that fans have noticed since his debut is that the name Ricky Starks actually hasn’t been said by WWE at any point.
It hasn’t been said on TV, nor has it been said on social media.
For instance, WWE’s latest tweet promoting the contract signing simply says:
“You know who he is. And you’ll find out more tomorrow night on #WWENXT when the contract is officially signed!”
It’s clearly being done on purpose, but at this point, it’s not officially known whether he’ll just end up announcing his name is Ricky Starks after all, or if there is in fact a name change imminent.
Nonetheless, Starks posted the following ahead of the contract signing:
Let’s make this official OFFICIAL🕺
For what it’s worth, he is still using the name Ricky Starks on his social media pages.
