Ricochet Denies He Is Leaving WWE

Rumours have been circulating for months that Ricochet could be on his way out of WWE. While these have been nothing more than rumours, some sites have been reporting it as more than that.

Now, Ricochet has posted a tweet once again denying that he is leaving WWE. In response to an article from Ringside News entitled “RICOCHET COULD BE LEAVING WWE THIS WEEK”, he simply responded that it was fake. Here is the tweet:

These rumours have been circulating because there is speculation that he has not signed a new contract with WWE. He had originally signed a three-year deal with the company in early 2018, meaning his deal should be coming up soon.

Ricochet’s run on the main roster has been particularly poor, even by WWE’s standards. Most people would point to him being squashed by Brock Lesnar at Super Showdown early in 2020 as the low point of his run. He also went on to lose to Riddick Moss for the 24/7 Championship on the very next show.
