Rob Van Dam is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year as part of the WrestleMania festivities. Something becoming a regular part of WrestleMania festivities each year is Shane McMahon going coast to coast on his opponent during his inevitable match.
However, Coast to Coast is actually one of Rob Van Dam’s signature moves and he’s the first to really integrate that move into his moveset. So, what does Rob Van Dam think of Shane using the move?
Speaking with Reel Talker, here’s what Van Dam had to say about it:
“I was told that Paul Heyman showed Shane-O a video of me doing the Van Terminator and asked him, do you think you can do this? And totally gave it to him. I can’t remember who told me that though, it might have been Paul himself. I can’t imagine who else would tell me that. That’s how that happened. After a while I quit caring, but that was way later. Now, I’m like whatever.”
Shane McMahon is facing Braun Strowman at WrestleMania this year.
