The Undisputed Era is easily the best stable WWE has come up with since The Shield in 2012, and it looks like UE member Roderick Strong has his eyes set on another prize to add to the collection.
Posting on Twitter, Strong quite blatantly challenged EVOLVE Champion Fabian Aichner to a match at their EVOLVE 117 show on December 15.
Thought of the day- NXT Superstars holding #EVOLVE titles? Well there are no bigger Superstars than the #UndisputedERA and I’ve won just about every @WWNLive title but the #EVOLVE title. So Maybe Dec. 15th I come to La Boom and #ShocktheSystem? #OurERA

EVOLVE is one of few promotions in the world with a close working relationship with WWE, meaning a number of NXT stars have made appearances for the promotion in recent months.
Both the EVOLVE Tag Team Championships and the EVOLVE Championship itself are currently held by stars signed to WWE’s developmental brand, with the Street Profits and Fabian Aichner holding the belts respectively.
There has been a bit of disquiet on Twitter over the challenge, with fans remarking that Strong should have to earn his title shot rather than announcing it because he’s in NXT and therefore feels entitled. What they seem to forget, is that wrestling storylines aren’t real.
We’ll have to see whether Strong can add to the NXT tag belts by shocking the system and beating Fabian Aichner.
