A former WWE star is making his independent wrestling return.
On the April 26 edition of AEW Dynamite, Roderick Strong made his debut with the company, revealing that he had been released from his WWE contract after months of speculation.
Strong will now be making his return to the independent wrestling scene next month.
On Friday, Prestige Wrestling announced that Strong will make his return to the indies on their June 15 event titled, “Black Sunshine.” The tweet reads:

As previously mentioned, a new report has revealed who knew about Roderick Strong’s WWE departure leading to his AEW debut.
Strong made his in-ring debut in a eight-man tag team victory alongside Adam Cole, Orange Cassidy and Bandido over the Jericho Appreciation Society on the May 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.
