Athena First ROH Women’s Title Defence Announced

At ROH Final Battle on December 10, Athena won the ROH Women’s World Championship and now her first defence has been announced.

The championship will be defended on AEW Dark: Elevation on December 19.

The show will see Athena defend the title against Vertvixen.

Vertvixen made her AEW debut in December 2020 and has competed on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation.
