ROH announced today Speedball Mike Bailey will make his ROH debut against Bandido in a first-time ever match on the Honor United UK tour stop in Bolton on Oct. 27. Bailey joins recently signed Joe Hendry on the UK Tour.
Bailey has had several high profile matches in the UK. He holds victories over many current former and current ROH stars including Kevin Steen, Michael Elgin, Jonathan Gresham, and Flip Gordon.
Bailey combines a high speed attack with martial arts moves. He is the kind of wrestler who stands out for having a very different style.
Bandido and Bailey should combine for an incredible match. If these two guys can find instant chemistry, this match has the potential to steal any show they are on.
This is the second familiar UK act announced today.
It was announced Aussie Open will face off against Villain Enterprises at York Hall in London on October 25. This is another match that should have fans salivating over the match up.
It appears these may just be one off appearances. However, if ROH could get these acts on a regular basis it would be a major shot in the arm to the ROH roster. ROH definitely needs it.
