ROH Pure Championship Match Set For Final Battle

A ROH Pure Championship match has been made official for next Saturday’s ROH Final Battle pay-per-view.

On last week’s AEW Rampage show, the ROH World Championship match for Final Battle was made official.

Chris Jericho will defend his championship in the main event against former champion Claudio Castagnoli.

If Jericho is victorious, then Castagnoli will join the Jericho Appreciation Society.

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, JAS members 2point0, Jake Hager and Daniel Garcia sat down with Claudio and Wheeler Yuta with Renee Paquette.

During the interview, Garcia and Hager challenged Claudio and Yuta to a tag team match on next week’s show.

Yuta agreed, but also challenged Garcia to a ROH Pure Championship match at Final Battle.

The match was later made official for the show.
