After AEW president Tony Khan announced that he was the new owner of Ring of Honor, several ROH stars have signed with AEW to work on the ROH brand.
It was announced last week that Kaun and Toa Liona had signed with AEW to work the ROH brand, and now a heavily speculated signing has been confirmed.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham has signed an AEW contract, and is set to work for the Ring of Honor brand.
Furthermore, Fightful notes that there are others on these types of contracts, though no names have been confirmed so far.
Gresham is set to defend the ROH World Championship against Dalton Castle on tomorrow night’s (April 16) AEW Battle of the Belts show.
