Roman Reigns continues to make history as his iconic run as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion continues to roll on.
Reigns recently celebrated 1000 days as the Universal Champion, being presented with the new Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title.
While Roman’s Bloodline may be falling apart around him, and he and Solo Sikoa are set to face off against the Usos in a ‘Bloodline Civil War’ at Money In The Bank, his title reign has continued to make history.
Today (June 24) officially marks day 1028 of Roman’s run with the Universal Championship, which officially puts him above Pedro Morales on the all-time list of World Champions in WWE.
Reigns is now the fifth longest reigning champion in WWE history, with the next reign in his path being Bruno Sammartino’s second run as WWWF Champion, which lasted 1237 days.
