Roman Reigns has been the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for over 900 days, and will likely go down as one of the all-time greats when his career is all said and done.
However, even the top WWE stars have their inspirations, and Roman’s is one of the very best to ever do it.
WWE star Natalya recently appeared on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, where she spoke about her Uncle Bret Hart and how he has inspired the modern generation of wrestlers.
She then went on to say that Reigns has said many times that Bret Hart is who made him want to become a wrestler.
She said:
“Bret is, to this day, he inspires the new generation. To inspire, you know, your favorites, that Bret was their favorite.
“It’s funny hearing Roman Reigns say it was, because you know, Roman grew up in a dynasty of wrestlers as well, with the Samoan dynasty. But I have heard Roman say so many times that Bret made him want to do this.”
