Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has commented on his upcoming title defence against Riddle.
On Friday’s (June 10) edition of SmackDown, Riddle defeated Sami Zayn to earn a shot at the Tribal Chief’s gold.
Reigns took to Twitter to explain how he plans to travel to next week’s edition of SmackDown to defend his title:
Now I have to leave the private island ?
…jump on the private yacht?
….and then board the private jet ? just to smash this idiot on #Smackdown
Tribal Chief problems. ?☝?
This will be Reigns’ first title defence since defeating Brock Lesnar in their WWE vs Universal Title Unification Winner Takes All bout at WrestleMania 38.
The Tribal Chief has since signed a new contract that will see him work less WWE dates moving forward.
Reigns’ last televised match took place at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8, with The Bloodline picking up a victory over Riddle, Randy Orton & Drew McIntyre.
