Roman Reigns To John Cena & The Rock: ‘Don’t Come To My Ring’

Roman Reigns has addressed rumors that he is set to defend the Universal Championship against John Cena at SummerSlam.

A number of reports have claimed that The Tribal Chief and The Champ will headline The Biggest Party of the Summer this August. It has also been reported that WWE are still working on making a Roman Reigns vs The Rock match official.

Reigns has advised John Cena and The Rock not to return to WWE.

Speaking with ESPN’s SportsNation, Reigns discussed the WWE futures of both The Rock and John Cena. Noting that he has became a problem for everybody while they were away, Reigns said:

“Yeah, that (a match with The Rock) is a dream for a lot of our fans, but it ain’t a dream of his, you know what I mean? I get a lot of this with both Dwayne and John. These guys are doing very well for themselves, there’s no question about it.

“If I were these guys, I don’t know if I’d wanna come back and deal with me. I am a problem right now for everybody. If I were them, I’d stay on set and keep pumping out these streaming service movies.”

“Don’t come to my ring… is what I would do.”

John Cena has confirmed that he will return to WWE, it’s just a matter of “when”. Despite this, Cena didn’t know the date of SummerSlam in a recent interview.

Rey Mysterio challenges Reigns for the Universal title inside Hell in a Cell this weekend. The Tribal Chief has never officially been pinned or submitted inside The Devil’s Playground.
