Roman Reigns Names Opponent He Was Most Nervous To Face WWE

Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has named the opponent he was most nervous to face.

The Tribal Chief has proven with his current title reign that he’s WWE’s undisputed top star.

Even before the beginning of his Universal Title reign in 2020, Reigns had scored victories over the company’s biggest names, previously pinning the likes of John Cena, Triple H and the Undertaker.

In an interview with The Ringer Reigns noted that he was the most nervous when facing his cousin Jey Uso at Clash Of The Champions 2020.

Believing that Jey can genuinely keep up in the main event, Reigns said:

“I’ve never been so nervous for anybody I’ve been in the ring with. I want everybody to do good, but I’m not going to lower myself.

“I’m going to make everything look awesome as much as I can. So you have to keep up.

“At the end of the day, you have to be able to work up to this level and not seem out of place. And he didn’t, man, in so many ways.”

Roman Reigns now leads the Bloodline faction, with the Tribal Chief taking Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn under his wing.
