WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has praised a current All Elite Wrestling (AEW) star who he’d previously worked with in WWE.
Roman Reigns worked with Miro, formerly known as Rusev, quite a lot throughout 2016 (and obviously other times, but mainly 2016), and speaking in an interview with Fox Sports, Reigns seemed rather impressed.
Reigns said:
“I will say though, Rusev was really good. We had good timing as far as in the ring, I always had good chemistry with him to where I could come off the ropes, take one step, launch and dart across the ring and he knew just the perfect height to lift up, open up for me. So, yeah, we did that thing all over the world. Those were good times.”
This came after Reigns had been asked about his favourite opponent to Spear, which you can read his full comments on at this link.
