Roman Reigns Pulled From Raw Advertising

Roman Reigns Pulled From Raw Advertising

As first reported by WrestleZone, Roman Reigns has seemingly been pulled from the advertising for next week’s episode of Raw from Chicago.

Reigns was previously featured on WWE’s website listing the various stars scheduled to appear and local advertising was promoting a six-man tag bout featuring The Shield.

Reigns has since been removed from the site and the local ads are now pushing a tag bout pitting Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose against Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin.

It remains unclear at this stage why Reigns has been pulled from the advertising. It may be in order to sell the above angle with Drew McIntyre, to keep him out of the way during Brock Lesnar’s expected confrontation with Seth Rollins or he may have other commitments that he and/or WWE deem to be more important.

Or, equally possible, the advertising change means nothing and Reigns will still be at the show.

Reigns is still advertised for all of the other episode of Raw prior to WrestleMania, of which there are two more following next week’s show.
