WWE has announced a stacked line up for next week’s (December 16) episode of SmackDown, including the return of Roman Reigns.
The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion has not appeared on WWE television since he and the Bloodline were victorious at Survivor Series WarGames.
Next week though, the Tribal Chief returns to his kingdom on SmackDown in what is sure to be a big night for the Bloodline.
Jey Uso spoke to Sami Zayn in the back on last night’s show, telling him that next week in Chicago will be a big week, and that he should get a hair cut and trim his beard ahead of the show.
Also set for the show is an Intercontinental Championship clash, with Gunther set to defend his title against SmackDown World Cup winner Ricochet.
That is not the only title match set for the show, as following their victory on last night’s show, Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox are set to challenge Dakota Kai and IYO SKY of Damage CTRL for the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Finally, a Triple Threat tag team match has been announced, pitting Hit Row against the Viking Raiders and Legado Del Fantasma.
