The current status of Roman Reigns for this year’s WWE Survivor Series event has seemingly been revealed.
WWE is set to bring Survivor Series to Chicago on November 25, with the show already being sold out four months ahead of the event.
Last year’s Survivor Series show featured the War Games match, which is not featured as part of this year’s advertising, and neither is a rather notable name.
The first poster for the event was released today (July 31), and a noticeable name absent from the advertising is current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
While plans can obviously change, the lack of Reigns on the advertisement seems to imply he is not planned for the show, at least as of right now.
Reigns featured on last year’s Survivor Series War Games show, where The Bloodline were victorious in the War Games main event against the Brawling Brutes, Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens.
Reigns is set to defend his championship against Jey Uso at SummerSlam this weekend.
