Ron Killings (R-Truth) Sends Message To Nick Khan Following WWE Return WWE

Ron Killings (R-Truth) has sent a message to WWE President Nick Khan following his return to the company.

Following a week of fan outcry in the wake of R-Truth’s WWE departure announcement on June 1, the veteran made a shock a return to the company at Saturday’s Money in the Bank premium live event.

After emerging from the crowd to attack John Cena at Money in the Bank, Truth appeared again during last night’s episode of Raw and solidified a big change in character – cutting his hair and leaving the R-Truth name behind.

Now set to compete under his real name of Ron Killings, on Tuesday, June 10 he took to Twitter and sent a message of thanks to the fans for their role in bringing him back to WWE, as well as WWE, Triple H and Nick Khan – the latter of which Killings thanked specifically for “allowing R-Truth to set me free”.

Killings wrote:

How? = YOU… Yall brought me back!!They heard, listened, felt, and understood.

Thank you @TripleH @WWE and man… thank you Nick Khan for allowing R-Truth to set me free!!!

Im driving now…I AM Ron KILLINGS I AM THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, Now put some RESPECT on my name!

Reports have suggested the name change is something Killings requested as a condition for him to return to WWE, as it means that when he does eventually leave the company for good, he can keep using the same name and it will have been established on WWE TV.

Despite Triple H claiming that Killings departure return at Money in the Bank was “a part of the show” at the post-show press conference, Killings has confirmed that the situation was “not a work” on social media.
