Ronda Rousey On WWE: ‘I Don’t Need This Job At All’

Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey is currently involved in one of the feuds of our generation with Becky Lynch, both in ring and on Twitter.

From Becky calling Ronda’s husband a d**k, to Ronda breaking Kayfabe by calling Becky by her real name, these two have been at each other’s necks for weeks.

When Becky is reinserted into the WrestleMania match, it is assumed that it will be the first ever time a women’s match has headlined WWE’s biggest show. There has been a lot of speculation that following this match, Ronda could leave WWE to pursue other life goals, a rumour she has fuelled once again on her YouTube channel.

During her latest “Ronda on the Road” vlog, Rousey said:

“The thing is I love this job, I really love this job, but I don’t need it at all, not the least little bit. So the second I’m not happy, I reserve the right to walk out the door and live happily ever after with the love of my life. And The Authority, so they are called in this company, they are just used to bullying everyone around. And like I said, they give them just enough for them to live a lavish lifestyle but still have to come back, right? I don’t.”

She finds herself in a situation very few WWE stars have been in in the past, and that is one of leverage over WWE. She can leave when she wants, so they better keep her happy for as long as possible.
